Akram Hanna Custom Fitting uses the information you choose to provide to review a garment request, prepare for a fitting, and respond to you personally.
Information you may provide
This can include your name, email, phone number, event timing, design selections, appointment preferences, notes, and measurements. You decide whether to enter measurements online or provide them during a fitting.
How the information is used
Information is used to review your requested design or alteration, assess fit information, confirm availability and timing, prepare a quote, and contact you about the next step. An online request does not authorize production or payment.
Telephone concierge
The concierge may collect contact details, garment needs, timing, and measurements when you choose to provide them. Voice recording is disabled. Conversation transcripts may be retained for up to 30 days so the atelier can follow up and improve service.
Service providers and retention
Website hosting, secure data storage, telephone routing, and the conversational concierge are supported by contracted technology providers. Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide the requested service, maintain business records, or meet legal obligations.
Your choices
You may call (312) 300-7452 to ask about information connected to your request, correct it, or request deletion where applicable. Do not submit information you do not want used for your fitting or order review.
